Kelly Scientific is looking for a biotechnology company localized in Switzerland a Research Assistant specialized in immunoassays (permanent position)



  • Support the drug development activities in the Bioanalytical Department. 


  • Performing immunoassays (ELISA) in the bioanalytical laboratory to analyse samples for pharmacokinetics (PK), pharmacodynamics (PD) and immunogenicity endpoints.
  • Accurate and timely recording of laboratory data.
  • Receipt and tracking of samples.
  • Equipment maintenance and qualification for new equipment.
  • Ordering, receipt and tracking of laboratory reagents.
  • Laboratory work to support the validation of new bioanalytical methods.
  • Writing and reviewing of documentation (e.g. SOPs, analytical methods, protocols, reports).
  • Maintaining, developing and optimizing laboratory processes


  • Master or Technical Bachelor Degree in Biotechnology, Biology, Biochemistry
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience for Master Degree – minimum of 4 years for a Technical Bachelor degree
  • Experience in performing immunoassay (ELISA) and interpreting data is required
  • Good understanding of expectations for working in a regulated laboratory environment. Knowledge of GLP and/or GCLP quality systems would be an advantage
  • Fluent in French – Professional level in English
