For our client, a company in the Pharmaceutical sector, we are looking for an engaged personality for a position in Kaiseraugst as

Total Rewards Specialist 100%

(temporary asap for 7 months)
 

Overall responsibilities

The Total Rewards Specialist provides support to the Center of Excellence of Global Total Rewards, HR Business Partner’s, managers & employees in the Total Rewards context.


Furthermore, you are responsible for

TASKS

  • Deploying, implementing and executing global Total Rewards policies and programs for the Swiss and EMEA subsidiaries
  • Managing lifecycle events with impact on Total Rewards (e.g. budget process, compensation review including populating spreadsheet, providing analysis etc.)
  • Maintaining and handling data related to HR/Reward systems and tools
  • Supporting preparation of market analyses (survey management, cost & data analysis, interaction with external provider)
  • Supporting maintenance of metrics & TR dashboard info including preparing government reports; assisting accounting department and external providers (where applicable) in preparation of documents, reports and forms
  • Interfacing and collaborating with Centers of Excellence, Accounting Department, other regional Shared Service Centers and external providers
  • Supporting maintenance of metrics and Total Rewards dashboard information and handling data related to HR/Reward systems and tools
  • Supporting Total Rewards projects and initiatives (e.g. mergers, acquisitions throughout the region)

PROFILE

  • Bachelor in Economics or Business Administration (major in HR Management would be an asset) or equal vocational education
  • Knowledge in Compensation & Benefits or Payrolling would be an advantage
  • Experience in working in an international Life Science environment is a must
  • Strong Excel know-how
  • Numeric with high level of accuracy
  • German and English fluent (C1/C2)
  • Hands-on attitude
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
